  1. 材料不能缺。- (You can’t) leave out any ingredients.
  2. 做葱油饼的材料有面粉，水，盐和鸡蛋。- The ingredients for making onion pancakes are flour, water, salt and egg.
  3. 还有葱花和食物油。- There’s also chopped green onion and cooking oil.
  4. 做葱油饼不能没有面粉。- (You) can’t make onion pancakes without flour.
  5. 当然也不能缺葱。- Of course (you) cannot leave out green onions.
  6. 如果没有盐,做出来的饼也不会好吃。- If there’s no salt, the pancake won’t be tasty.

  2. 做葱油饼的第一步是搅拌。- The first step for making onion pancake is mixing.
  3. 先把 面粉，水，盐和鸡蛋放在一起搅拌。- First combine the flour, water, salt and eggs, then mix.
  4. 面粉和水的比例应该是六比四。- The ratio of flour and water should be six to four.
  5. 要先放面粉后加水。- (You) must first put in flour, then add the water.
  6. 最后再放葱花，再搅拌。- At the end (you) put in the chopped green onion, then mix some more.
